The majority of the lot is on a steep mountainside and is heavily timbered, the lower end is flat and sits along the Fall River Creek. The ILC shows this property crossing the creek; however, corners have not been surveyed and marked. This lot is the north 1/3 of F Load mining claim. If legal access could be secured, this property will likely have a significantly increased value.

The lot is located on the mountain side across a meadow to the southwest from the intersection of Fall River Road and Hamlin Gulch. There is no public access to this property from Fall River Road. DO NOT CROSS THE MEADOW FROM FALL RIVER ROAD...you will be trespassing on private property. The only way to access this property is on foot through Forest Service owned property accessible from the top of the mountain from Wild Wagoner Trail. Suggest using a property marking GPS to avoid trespassing. You will find some flagging marking approximate locations of property lines.
