Marci began her real estate career in 2010, bringing with her a background in social
work and a deep understanding of the impact a home can have on a person’s life. To her,

living. Whether a suburban family home, a luxury estate, or a sprawling ranch, each
home represents an opportunity to improve one’s lifestyle.

When Thaine joined the business a few years later, he introduced a complementary
strength rooted in technology, systems, and operational excellence. Together, they
formed a partnership that blends empathy with precision—creating a client experience
that is both highly personalized and expertly executed.

This shared vision ultimately led to the founding of Century 21 Altitude Real Estate in
2021. From the beginning, the intention was clear: to build a brokerage defined by
integrity, elevated service, and a commitment to doing real estate the right way. Today,
that vision extends across residential, luxury, farm and ranch, and commercial sectors,
serving clients throughout Colorado’s Front Range and beyond.
